Directions

Pediatric Therapy Services, Inc. is located at 309 Holly Lane in Mankato, MN. Our facility is one block east of Victory Drive and two blocks south of Madison Avenue. We are located on the lower level of the Open Door Health Center.

Note that the map below does not reflect recent roadwork. 

       If you are traveling east on Madison Ave you will turn south (right) on Holly Lane and we are located two blocks down on the west (right) side of the road.

        You are not able to access Holly Lane from Madison Ave. going west so, you will need to turn south (left) on to Victory Drive.  You will then turn east (left) on to Fair St and then turn north (left) on to Holly Lane.
